What you will do:
• Process retail centralized AR, bad debt and non-Trade AR payments in Legacy and Current Systems
• Triage and resolve customer account issues including customer prepayments, incorrect payment terms
• Process and/or escalate AR Adjustments and Credit Balance Refunds issues
• Escalations and triage of AR and GL Payments handled by Managed Services
• Support AR Adjustments and Credit Balance Refunds Processes
• Assist branches with customer prepay balances and issues in SAP S/4HANA
• Identify and resolve AR Aging issues (open balance resolution with other depts and branches)
• Provide support as needed for other internal teams
• Identify issues and work with IT to come up with a resolution plan and timeline
• Perform UAT and regression testing as needed for related AR processes and systems
What you will bring:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance from a recognized institution
• Two+ years of related experience
• Highly detail oriented
• Self-Motivated and able to prioritize and work well with competing deadlines
• Mature attitude and ability to deal effectively in a team environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to troubleshoot issues
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong integrity and business ethics
• Ability to lead by example and work well with others
• Demonstrated analytical skills are required
• Intermediate level of Excel skills is required
• Knowledge in SAP s4hana, HighRadius (CA, RDC, EIPP)
