Position Overview

As an Executive Assistant at Land Intelligence, you will be a key player in supporting our executives in their day-to-day operations. Your role will involve providing high-level administrative support, coordinating meetings and events, managing calendars, and handling confidential information. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, contribute to special projects, and assist in the overall smooth functioning of the organization. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage and maintain executives' calendars, including scheduling appointments, coordinating travel arrangements, and organizing meetings. 

  • Act as a gatekeeper, screening and prioritizing phone calls, emails, and correspondence. 

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents. 

  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism 

  • Coordinate and manage logistics for executive meetings, events, and conferences 

  • Assist with the preparation of meeting agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items. 

  • Conduct research and gather information to support executive decision-making. 

  • Prepare and submit expense reports accurately and on time. 

  • Assist in the coordination of special projects as assigned. 

Requirements: 

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization. 

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. 

  • Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite. 

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. 

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly. 

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
