You will be responsible for managing high-end hospitality renovation projects from cradle to crave, including estimating through project closeout on full exterior and interior projects. You will work with the assistance of project engineers, project assistants, and locally contracted superintendents to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, and meeting the needs of the company’s long-time clientele. You will be in charge of cultivating relationships with the firm’s vendors, subs, and clients in addition to aiding the company’s ability to win and manage new business. You will also be expected to travel on occasion to meet client’s needs.
Minimum Background Profile: (Company also interested in more experienced Individuals)-
- 2+ years of project management and/or estimating experience
- Background in commercial, multi-family, or other vertical construction
- Proficient in understanding architectural plans
- Working knowledge of Excel and basic mathematical skills
- Ambitious, organized, and personable
