Energy Management Support Analyst
Remote anywhere within the country
@Orchard LLC has an immediate opening for an experienced Energy Management Support Analyst to support a contract for a well-established solutions provider within the defense, intelligence, and critical infrastructure sectors. The period of performance is 12 months with 4 optional years on the contract. The position is fully remote, requiring some travel as the need arises.
Responsibilities:- Provide support in the development of annual sustainability reporting to include:
- Sustainability Report
- Sustainable Buildings Strategic Plan
- Construction and Demolition waste data
- Sustainability Awards Program
- Energy Efficiency
- Manage and track all project design review efforts and coordinate staff participation.
- Provide SME support in the development of sustainable building standards, and track all Facility Standard Service criteria efforts and coordinate staff participation.
Skills/Experience Required- Education: A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- Each individual will have 7 or more years of related experience in their field of either Environmental, Sustainability, or Historic Preservation working with construction or real property projects/actions.
- Experience shall include projects in the VA, government, and private sectors.
- Experience shall include projects nationwide.
- Ability to work independently, with general direction and a minimum of supervision.
