The M&A Integration Lead is a forward-thinking professional, responsible for helping to drive the strategy, timing and orchestration of integration motions in Adobe as part of the Corporate Controllership organization reporting to the M&A Finance Director. They will ensure the success of the M&A Integrations partnering with the M&A Finance Director and cross functional members of the integration teams across Procure to Pay (P2P), Record to Report (R2R) and Quote to Cash (Q2C), as well as Tax and Treasury, to drive alignment on priorities, budget, launch timing and systems integration timing.
The ideal candidate will engage with partners, stakeholders, and leadership, to ensure our customers are supported, and ensure M&A Integrations are planned for across the organization in an efficient and repeatable way through the application of repeatable frameworks and standard processes that drive increased business value.
Here’s how you’ll make an impact on the team:
- Ensure Integrations are completed in accordance with planned timing, funding, and designated scope
- Drive accountability for delivering M&A integration activities, driving cross-functional alignment, generating clarity and partnering with business and team members to remove barriers.
- Work hand in hand with Senior Leaders, business and functional leaders to ensure alignment across the operating model, integration approach and organizational structure for each deal to drive execution and efficiencies.
- Develop and maintain integration-related key performance indicators to measure the efficiency of transaction-value drivers.
- Drive integration plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, run regular integration meetings and drive proactive issue resolution.
- Proactively identify areas for improvements throughout the deal lifecycle and implement best-in-class practices.
- Help ensure repeatable process strategy and finance integration toolset (e.g., playbooks, process flows, work plans) incorporating prior experience and industry-leading practices across all key workstreams are set up and maintained up to date.
- Build trusted and strong working relationships with all stakeholders.
Here’s what you’ll need to be successful in this role:
- Bachelor's degree
- Operational experience and relevant industry expertise
- Exposure to Gobal M&A and large-scale integrations, handling a range of cross-functional teams, and experience leading multiple priorities at once
- Strong consultative approach to problem-solving ability and ability to deliver with minimal direct supervision
- Ability to build project goals, messaging, communication, and overall plans
- Strong Acumen, hands-on approach and confident communicator with good executive experience and excellent interpersonal skills, able to clearly communicate to non-technical and technical audiences and establish relationships across all levels
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with contending priorities and establish clarity when faced with uncertainty
