With a diversified international clientele, their enriched blog and website remain central elements of their communication strategy and online visibility.
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Writing high-quality blog articles to increase their visibility on the web.
- Close collaboration with the team of solution architects to gather information relevant to article writing.
- Working in collaboration with clients to draft case studies.
- Creation of user manuals, installation guides, and tutorials to assist end-users.
- Regular updating of existing documentation to reflect changes in products or procedures.
- Managing deadlines and coordinating the writing of documents with other departments such as development, marketing, and customer service.
- Possible participation in other content projects for the website.
- Ensuring compliance with SEO standards in all content production.
REQUIREMENTS:- Flawless mastery of English (written and spoken). Functional French is an asset.
- In-depth knowledge of the fundamental concepts of SEO.
- Experience in the fields of technology, networking, or telecommunications for businesses.
