Become a key player as an Marketing Project/Program Lead:
Our client is looking for an individual contributor that is focused on enabling and driving change within the go-to-market team. This is a key partner to sales and cross-functional leaders. Success in this position requires a proven ability in operational excellence with strong strategic thinking and project management skills, an ability to influence stakeholders, exceptional attention to detail, superior organization skills an outstanding track record for driving results, and foundational understanding of processes and tools. This position requires people who have an ability to dive into solving problems while maintaining a broad perspective. The individual should collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and drive projects forward. The candidate should be open minded to challenge the status quo and work in a complex and rapidly changing organization while inspiring excellence throughout.

Here’s how you’ll make an impact on the team: 
  • Project Management
  • Experience in managing operationally-complex projects with cross-functional teams
  • Lead projects cross-functionally across business areas to drive strategic initiatives forward
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at one time
  • Able to take on complex situations as well as understand key metrics and how they impact the business
  • Problem Solving
  • Ability to formulate hypotheses and use problem-solving techniques to propose solutions for complex problems 
  • Coordinating with global internal teams and external partners to fine-tune existing processes, investigate issues as they arise, identify any bugs that need addressing, and track issues to resolution 
  • Strong attention to detail; effective problem solving, organization, and time management skills
  • Quick to understand workflows and have a strong and proven background in process improvements
  • Operational Efficiency
  • Identify potential operational efficiencies and work collaboratively to achieve results
  • Constantly questioning current processes and finding optimal solutions aligned with stakeholder workflows
  • Creating and enforcing mechanisms that are scalable and that optimize efficiency around every-day tasks, while continually auditing current administrative mechanisms for relevance
  • Scheduling and tracking key meeting series, then working backwards from those deadlines to ensure deliverables are met
Here’s what you’ll need to be successful in this role:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in an Business Operations role 
  • Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail
  • Experience independently managing small-size projects and budgets
  • Proven ability to make strategic and analytical decisions in a quickly growing, fast-paced environment
  • Able to remain highly organized in a loosely structured, fast-paced environment
  • Clear, effective communicator 
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Motivated, disciplined, and able to work autonomously
Pay Range:
48.00 - $52.00/hour
