• Architect dashboards to track product and user health.
• Proactively identify usage trends and communicate relevant insights to assist product decision-making.
• Automate and optimize data pipelines using SQL and/or Python-based ETL Frameworks.
• Maintain technical standards and platform documentation (i.e., data dictionary, style guide, ERD).
• Diagnose platform performance gaps and provide recommendations to improve scale.

• 3-6 Years of experience
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL
• Extensive experience with BI platforms, specifically Power BI, and Tableau
• Experience with data warehousing, ETL/ELT processes, and data integration platforms (i.e., Airflow, MuleSoft, SnapLogic)
• Ability to optimize and tune data pipelines for performance and scalability
• Knowledge of data modeling concepts and database design methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience with modern cloud platforms (i.e., Azure, AWS, GCP). Experience with Databricks (on Azure or AWS)
