Summary of position:
This position will be working closely with our Master Scheduler, Production Planning Team, and Manufacturing Engineers to help enter and analyze data in the Oracle system and produce reports that can assist our Operations and Production Teams to develop more efficient processes and make better operational decisions.
This is a temporary position that could last anywhere from four (4) to six (6) months or more.
Duties of the position are:- Oracle item/master setup
- Oracle work definition setup
- Oracle Work order maintenance
- Oracle work order issue, checks, closing
- Oracle inventory maintenance (check, move location, confirm availability)
- Oracle discrepancy/error investigation
- Checking materials in stock or on order for new Work Orders/jobs
- Daily download/reporting in Oracle on job progress, time and costs etc.
What we need from you:- Knowledge of Oracle ERP system, preferably within an industrial manufacturing environment
- Ability to analyze data in Oracle system and produce reports
