Job Title: Yardi Systems Training Specialist
Job Summary: You are responsible for developing, implementing, delivering training and documentation for key procedures, systems and applications of Yardi Voyager system and modules.
Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and monitor recurring training programs within the organization by utilizing classroom training, one on one training and online training.
Develop solid communication plan for delivery of systems training to users in all offices/locations.
Keep abreast of Yardi technical developments that are of operational importance to the company and ensure training documentation is revised in line with business process changes.
Participate in projects to streamline, add or modify internal processes and policies.
Participate in end user system compliance and testing, creation and maintenance of system policies, procedures and controls.
Develop relevant training materials and measure effectiveness with end users.
Interface with end users and appropriately identify training needs within the organization.
Partner with business leaders to resolve technical issues, create new reporting tools, and develop more efficient work flows.
Monitor Yardi help desk tickets for relevant training topics and possible escalation issues. Assist in the development of necessary reports to meet business requirements.
Provide functional and operational support for Yardi system applications.
Align systems trainings with upcoming company objectives for successful implementation of new processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree.
3+ years of experience creating and delivering training to adult learners in the real estate/property management industry.
3+ years of Yardi Voyager experience.
Proven experience providing support and training to end users.
Salesforce, Visio, SnagIt, and Snipping tool experience a plus.
Organized, detail oriented, self-motivated team player with ability to prioritize and multi-task.
Excellent problem solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
