POSITION SUMMARY:
Mass Insight is growing and looking to fill a new role within the Organization. The Project Coordinator will provide high level support for the School Improvement team and report to the Managing Director. The position is full time and will average 30 hours per week. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Assist with external communications with schools, school districts and other organizations with which Mass Insight regularly communicates
- Assist with project management tasks including scheduling meetings, revising and communicating timelines and maintaining databases
- Support the development of materials for dissemination: proof reading documents and presentations, curating resources, synthesizing information, adding design elements to slides and other collateral
- Assist with the coordination of events: communicate with attendants, support travel and lodging arrangements, supporting attendees in processing reimbursement
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Education experience preferred
- Ability to meet performance deadlines
- Bachelor's degree required
- Excellent attention to detail
- Demonstrated organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
