Position Summary:  The Program Manager is responsible for leading and managing the top corporate priority programs and associated sub-projects from inception to completion and to ensure the output of the program meets the business objectives and delivers value to the organization.  The Program Manager will also be responsible for designing and implementing processes that are necessary to provide adequate program governance.  This role may also be requested to manage independent projects where required.

Direct and perform all aspects of program management, including, but not limited to, defining scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents while effectively communicating the program/project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.

Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve program/project goals.

Delegate tasks and responsibilities to the appropriate personnel

Swiftly identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the program/project teams.

Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.

Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.

Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the program/project.

Conduct postmortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful program/project elements.

Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.

Pay Range
$95,000.00   Annually to $115,000.00   Annually
