Lawrence Group, KWK, Integrate Construction, and New + Found, a design, construction, and development consortium, is seeking an experienced marketing professional to provide support to the three-business unit enterprise in our St. Louis office.

The Enterprise Marketing Proposal Specialist is part of a larger Marketing & Communications team and will help strategize and implement marketing efforts for all four organizations: Lawrence Group, KWK, New + Found, and Integrate Construction. The main function of this role is to provide proactive management of written responses to Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Qualifications (RFQs), and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).

The key responsibilities include:

•    Leads proposal preparation/production process from start to finish, including participating in go/no go discussions; kickoff meetings, storyboarding/capture planning/win strategy sessions and review meetings; manages proposal production; and ensures on-time delivery of high-quality responses.
•    Works in coordination with Senior Marketing Manager, Marketing Assistant, Marketing Project Manager, and Enterprise Leadership to provide end-to-end support for proposal submissions to ensure delivery of well-written, compelling, and compliant responses.
•    Participates in win strategy development and refinement, translating win strategies into key themes and producing compelling submissions using benefit statements, graphics, and proofs.
•    Ensures compliance with all RFQ/RFP requirements.
•    Researches and synthesizes information from multiple sources into a cohesive and persuasive final product.
•    Develops compelling proposal content based on information gathered from the project team, SMEs, market research & data analyst, and other sources.
•    Develops and executes ideas for custom tables and graphics.
•    Ensures proposals are tracked in Treblehook CRM platform and content is archived appropriately.
•    Works with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership, to facilitate knowledge sharing and improve content development processes. 
•    Contributes to the development and continuous improvement of the proposal team regarding processes, tools, and templates. 

Position Requirements:
•    Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or related area, plus 7+ years of experience in Marketing or Communications; and/or equivalent experience/training
•    The ability to design, edit and produce in Adobe InDesign is required.
•    AEC-specific proposal production experience is REQUIRED
•    Strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•    Must have outstanding copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills
•    Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward and prioritize tasks
•    Ability to manage deadlines and expertly handle multiple simultaneous projects/proposals
•    Experience utilizing CRM databases a significant plus

Supervisory Responsibility:
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. 

Physical Demands
This position requires no minimum ability to lift, bend or stand.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8 hours, with some overtime when necessary.

Travel
Minimum travel is required for this position.
