With 170+ employees, Lawrence Group offers architecture, interior design, landscape architecture, graphic design, planning, construction management and real estate development services to housing, hospitality, healthcare, academic, and commercial clients.  In addition, we manage residential and commercial properties in St Louis.

Lawrence Group is seeking a 2024 Summer Information Technology Intern to assist our office in St. Louis starting June 3rd through August 2nd.

The key responsibilities include:
  • Provide technical assistance promptly and professionally in person, over the phone, and through electronic channels
  • Log and assign work orders accurately using the designated tracking application
  • Direct technical issues to the appropriate resource as needed
  • Recognize and escalate urgent situations to ensure prompt resolution
  • Assist in troubleshooting software applications and actively engage in learning new troubleshooting techniques
  • Conduct thorough research using available information resources to address user inquiries effectively
  • Collaborate with the IT team to support users and resolve technical issues efficiently
  • Perform workstation installations, including imaging and physical setup
  • Manage assets and inventory meticulously to ensure accurate tracking and availability
  • Adhere to standard IT-related processes and procedures consistently

Qualifications:
  • Must be currently enrolled in an Information Technology - Undergraduate program
  • General working knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure is desired
  • Customer service experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to effectively meet deadlines.
  • Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to work in team environment.
