Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist
Responsibilities:
Interact and collaborate with marketing technologies within multi-disciplinary teams to build data-driven, cutting-edge marketing programs
Develop, implement, measure and optimize nurture initiatives to grow key business unit
Collaborative with managers from each of the go-to-markets and verticals to develop personalized content to increase response rates, engagement and drive measurable pipeline
Implement and maintain drip & nurture campaigns
Collaborate with the Analytics team to provide template reports that can be automatically delivered which show campaign effectiveness against industry standards both at the campaign, product line, and aggregate levels
Requirements:
3+ years of digital marketing experience required, preferably within a tech B2B environment
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent work experience
Marketing automation knowledge (Marketo or similar platform) and experience with emails, forms, landing pages, campaigns, lead scoring, progressive profiling, distribution lists, contact groups, and reporting
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS and Java required
Experience designing email campaign graphics
Understanding of UX and Conversion Centered Design Principles to effectively make design decisions
Effectively communication digital marketing concepts in confident and knowledgeable manner
Background with Photoshop, Dreamweaver or other creative software
Ability to think creatively about marketing testing techniques and options
Strong attention to detail and impressive writing, problem-solving and communication skills
