Career Evolutions is searching for a IT Support Technician for a global technology company headquartered in Phoenix, AZ. Contract with competitive compensation up to $25 per hour

You will be providing support for Executives across all levels in an Internal facing role. The perfect candidate will have experience troubleshooting Office 365, iOS Devices, Windows & Mac OS and have advanced knowledge of supporting/troubleshooting service desk related applications and databases. The candidate will be talking with Executives daily, therefore you need to have exceptional Customer Service skills.
 
Responsibilities:

  • Creating a positive customer support experience with a consummately professional attitude
  • Addresses and resolves basic incidents and requests; logs all incidents and requests; engages other service desk resources or appropriate service resources to resolve incidents that are beyond the scope of their ability or responsibility
  • Evaluate and resolves incidents and requests regarding use of application software or hardware. Logs and tracks incidents and requests from identification through resolution.
  • Upholds and protects confidentiality with regard to all aspects of customer care and employee information
  • Works with other members of the IT department on projects and initiatives as needed
  • Researches and identifies bugs within the software and reports to the development teams

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, or other equivalent education
  • 2+ years’ experience in a Help Desk/Desktop support role
  • Technical knowledge of Office products, Office365 & Skype
  • Strong technical hands-on experience with Windows OS Desktops
  • Strong technical hands-on experience with iOS and Mac OS Desktops
  • Provide support to internal employees and Partners by processing requests for help via telephone and ITSM ticketing tool
  • Any Certifications are a (Plus)
  • Excellent Customer Service experience
  • Establish strong analytical and problem-solving skills
