We are seeking a Senior Manager, Network Product Development and Management to own the product strategy and development for our core token services with the aim of driving business growth while ensuring best-in-class experiences for our partners and customers. This includes researching industry trends, developing and driving the token services capability roadmap, and tracking metrics and customer feedback to inform future enhancements and product innovations. You will be the face of our core token solutions and partner with internal and external stakeholders to embed our token services within various products and use cases. You are someone with a good mix of product and tech skill, a deep appreciation for user-centered design and development, and a fascination for payments and technology innovation. You are a strong communicator and collaborator who is equally adept at talking to developers, engineers, marketers, and customers. You are not afraid of pushing boundaries to achieve the best product experience for our customers.

Join the fastest-moving Product Management team in this high-profile role!- Develop the token services capability strategy leveraging customer insights (commercial and consumer), payments industry trends, and competitive landscape
- Coordinate market and customer research and leverage to develop and refine product constructs, feature roadmap, customer personas, and best-in class user experiences
- Define and monitor metrics to inform roadmap and backlog prioritization
- Drive delivery of product enhancements with technologies
- Translate business requirements into process flows and development requirements
- Coordinate and oversee detailed project plans to deliver key outcomes
- Influence go-to-market and sales-enablement strategies and drive execution
- Serve as the subject matter expert and ambassador for token services and the broader payments landscape
- Minimum 5 years of product management and/or product development experience
- Demonstrated project management competency, leading projects from concept to implementation. Proven track record of working with global and virtual teams to support product delivery with high quality
- Technical fluency – understands how software products work, can clearly articulate requirements and manage tradeoffs with engineers
- Minimum 1 year working directly with clients or external partners – managing communications, expectations, and being the external “face” of a team, with impeccable attention to detail and professionalism
- Competency in analyzing and extracting insights from data and leverage to influence leaders and other stakeholders
- Able to build positive relationships, collaborate effectively, and influence decisions with a variety of cross-functional stakeholders
- Proactive “driver” constantly pushing toward clarity and delivery.

- Prior experience in payments preferred
