The Challenge:
As the Senior Program Manager in the Digital Go-To-Market (GTM) and Sales PMO team, you will be a critical member of the broader Digital team, responsible for ensuring that the strategic initiatives are successfully executed.
What you'll do:- Work closely with key partners/working team members across Sales, Product, Business Ops, Marketing, and other key Orgs to deliver the strategic initiatives to drive new customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Develop and execute comprehensive program plans to achieve the success metrics and value drivers
- Monitor the status of initiatives, quickly identify & surface risks /issues to resolve them before the business is impacted
- Act as the primary source of information for the when and how of the strategic programs in the portfolio, and the overall portfolio itself.
- Understand the unique challenges that strategic initiatives bring in a hyper matrixed environment, and approach them through an empathetic and solution-oriented lens
What you'll need:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent a must; MBA or equivalent strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of various business process improvement methodologies
- Smartsheets expertise in tracking, reporting and dashboard creation and maintenance
- Demonstrated ability to adapt and operate in a rapidly changing business landscape
- Ability to dissect, collaborate and delegate tasks towards solving complex business problems
- Focus on rapid value creation through quick wins and long term sustainable value realizations
- Be a strong Change Manager with tenacity to follow through till closure
