Job Responsibilities

• Building a culture of innovation and creativity across global teams, deliver dynamic software solutions, inspire change and help craft business requirements that optimizes technology teams
• Partnering with the Regional Pricing teams, Operations and Client Management organizations to implement pivotal initiatives
• Ensuring merchant pricing reflects current contract terms through execution of individual and mass account updates

• Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to provide strategic thought leadership, lead projects, is organized, culturally aware and a strong communicator who can effectively multitask and prioritize with little mentorship
• Experienced project manager with ability to translate business requirements for technology partners
• Able to build relationships to get positive results and influence without authority
• Confident to challenge the status quo
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with unstructured problems
• Outstanding communication skills - oral and written
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools: Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Knowledge of various data repositories (MIRA, Cornerstone, SECTOR, etc) and merchant systems (SEIMS, MS3, Genesis, etc) preferred, but not required
• Proven experience in the Financial Services industry
