POSITION OVERVIEW
We are currently seeking a talented Sales Development Representative I (SDR I) who will play a vital role in the generation of new business for our rapidly growing technology company. The SDR I is one of the first points of contact in our sales cycle, helping our sales team identifying and cultivating leads that have the potential to become FRONTSTEPS clients.

REMOTE OPPORTUNITY
This role is eligible for remote work.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Have a complete technical understanding of the unique FRONTSTEPS platform
  • You will use calling, emailing and social outreach to generate qualified meetings for the Account Executive team
  • Develop a pipeline of quality business meetings that result in new pipeline for the assigned Sales territory team member
  • Maintain accurate records of all lead activity using Salesforce
  • KPI driven
  • Have a passion for winning and bringing problem solving technologies to struggling businesses
  • The ability to build great rapport with territory- based sales representatives
  • The ability to be coachable and have a positive attitude
  • Performs other duties as requested by management

TECHNICAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
  • BA/BS or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Coachable and willing to try new sales strategies
  • You want to build a career in SaaS sales
  • A professional demeanor via phone, email, and in-person
  • A good listener and can identify the prospect's needs
  • Knowledge of lead generation is a plus
  • Previous experience working with a SaaS company
  • The ability to work with minimal experience working from home and the occasional quarterly visit to our headquarters in Denver, Colorado

This position is based remotely with a starting salary of $50,000 and an OTE potential of $75,000.
