POSITION OVERVIEW
As a strategic partner to sales, marketing, and operations leadership, the Head of Sales Operations will lead high-leverage projects and initiatives with the goal of supporting and scaling the sales organization.   This position plays the key role in creating and analyzing sales and business data to predict and track achievement of bookings and recognized revenue goals. 
This role will work collaboratively with sales, and hold the sales team accountable to goals, quotas, and processes. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Create, track, and analyze KPIs for growth including win/loss rates, upsells, renewals, quota attainment 
  • Identify areas for performance improvement at the individual and team level
  • Boost sales productivity by refining customer segmentation, simplifying the sales process, and identifying and removing obstacles in the sales process
  • Analyze large data sets to gather insights for key business decisions, such as product adoption metrics, account tiering, retention forecasting, account health, and revenue and bookings KPIs
  • Manage sales contracts, track customers, and coordinate cross-functional activities
  • Present weekly, monthly, and quarterly progress reports to stakeholders with actionable outcomes and next steps
  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to define lead qualification process and analyze campaign performance
  • Form strong collaborative relationships with Sales Representatives and Sales
  • Management, while also holding both accountable to the achievement of weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals
  • Collaborate with Finance, HR, and Sales to develop sales incentive programs 
  • Develop sales-related resource documents, including training manuals, procedures, and policies
  • Partner with Training to upskill and mentor sales team members and accelerate the on-ramping of new hires
  • Performs other related duties as requested by leadership
 
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent 4 years of work experience 
  • 5+ years’ experience in Sales Operations, preferably in a high-growth startup
  • 5+ years’ experience with Salesforce.com, preferably as an administrator
  • Strong understanding of high-level strategic direction and sales goals
  • Data savvy with excellent skills in Excel, BI tools, and CRM
  • Strong ability to use data to understand workflows and assess operational effectiveness
  • Proven excellence multi-tasking, prioritizing projects, and meeting deadlines and goals
  • Proven track record onboarding, training, and mentoring sales professionals at every stage of their careers
 
REMOTE OPPORTUNITY
This role is eligible for remote work. Occasional meetings may be required in Denver headquarters.  

This opportunity pays an annual salary of $120,000 - $160,000.
