Description
Program Goals:  The primary goal of Goodwill’s internship program is to provide to an intern an array of professional experiences within our business units.  Overall, Goodwill will provide an opportunity for interns to:
 
  • Master Technical Skills
  • Gain Essential Knowledge and Skills
  • Practice and Perfect Interpersonal Skills
  • Build a Network of Contacts

Qualifications:
 
  • Must be a Junior or Senior in High School or attending Community College
  • No specific GPA
  • Ability to stan for extended periods, lift objects up to 50 pounds, pushing/pulling, bending/stooping, reaching, turning and repetitive motions.
  • Must have basic computer skills including navigation on the internet and web-browsing.
  • Must be familiar with key internet sites including eBay and Amazon.

Compensation and Hours:  Interns will be paid the state minimum wage.  Interns will work no more than 16 hours per week for no more than 16 weeks.

Opportunities:  Goodwill offers multiple opportunities for interns.  Primarily they are located within our E-commerce operations.  Job descriptions are available upon request.
