Contract Systems Support Analyst-Legal
11+ Months W2 Contract
Lehi, UT (Hybrid) (Open to Remote / MT or PST hours preferred)
What You'll Do:- Translate business requirements into User Stories in JIRA.
- Submit User Stories to IT team for development work.
- Monitor progress at each stage of user story development.
- Serve as a go-to resource on contract systems, including Salesforce, Apttus, and Ariba.
- Liaison with the IT/engineering team and end-users to deliver updates.
- Manage the backlog and prioritize user stories based on business requirements.
- Understand how organizational changes affect the contract systems and processes.
- Work independently and productively with Adobe business units, Sales Operations teams, Finance/Revenue organizations, and Legal teams to understand requirements and requests for process improvements.
- Identify design errors and omissions and aid in correcting with the necessary teams to improve user experience.
- Be responsible for the on-schedule delivery of new features, bug fixes, and enhancements.
- Perform demos with your assigned stakeholders.
- Be willing to learn operational and technical aspects for all contract types and lifecycle.
- Perform UAT and PAT testing and sign off.
- Provide support and training to Legal staff, such as access, navigating through system, address concerns, etc.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- 4-year degree in business, information systems, computer science or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Must be a business-oriented problem solver.
- Must have experience with JIRA.
- Must have experience in agile scrum methodology as a product owner with the ability to write precise requirements that align with business priorities.
- Prefer candidates with experience on business/functional teams.
- Strong process-oriented skills to recognize inefficiencies, attention to detail, provide quantitative and qualitative input to drive change, and report issues.
- Must be resourceful, self-starter who can problem-solve and tell stories through data.
- Very strong communication and interpersonal skills, team-oriented.
- Strong ability to "connect the dots" and understand cause and effect.
- Experience with legal workflow automation (e.g., TAP), structured business components in contract.
- Generation and contract execution processes, contract management systems a plus, especially with a next generation system implementation.
- Experience with next generation CRM system projects, especially Microsoft Dynamics, is a plus but not required.
