We are looking for 2 engineers that participate and work with our team to build our next generation of services that power a set of critical domains. These services ultimately power our online and mobile banking products. We are looking for someone who proactively looks for ways to drive an organization forward.
The position will be hired remotely within the US.
What you’ll be responsible for:- Completes product technical design and prototyping, software development, bug verification and resolution.
- Performs system analysis and programming activities which require extensive research and analysis.
- Designing, building, testing, deploying, maintaining, and scaling services in a microservices architecture that supports our banking solutions.
- Provides technical/engineering support for new and existing applications from code delivery until the retirement of the application.
- Ensure timely, effective, and quality delivery of software into production.
- Develops and tests applications based on business requirements and industry best practices.
- Creates required technical documentation.
- Adheres to documented departmental and corporate standards. Oversees the definition and documentation of standards. Contributes to defining and improving department processes.
- Collaboratively works with QA team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Collaboratively works with customer support team to resolve or diagnose defects.
- May perform other job duties as assigned.
What you’ll need to have:- Minimum 6 years of recent software experience developing enterprise applications in C#.
- Minimum 4 years developing Web/REST Services or Web API.
- Minimum 2 years experience with MS SQL Server and Entity Framework.
- Minimum 2 years experience with .NET Core 3.1+
- Must be able to effectively communicate technical design and defend decisions.
- Must complete coding challenge during interview process.
- Not eligible for visa sponsorship
What would be nice for you to have:- Experience with MS Azure or other cloud technologies.
- Microsoft and other programming/software engineering related certifications.
- Experience with Unit and Integration Testing.
- Experience with development across all phases of the SDLC.
- OpenAPI/Swagger experience.
- Redis experience.
- Blazor WebAssembly experience.
- Collaborative team player
