Conexess Group is aiding a large healthcare client in their search a Systems Analyst in a remote capacity. This is a long-term opportunity with a competitive compensation package.

Responsibilities:- Works with business partners to develop complete and accurate business requirements
- Creates comprehensive functional requirements
- Executes testing of code changes for ongoing breaks fixes and enhancements
- Assists in User Acceptance Testing of code changes for ongoing breaks fixes and enhancements
- Reviews all existing processes and data and recommends / documents / implements improvements
- Participate in end user requirements discussions
- Coordinate with developers on technical delivery
- Design ways to improve systems, reducing costs and maximizing opportunities
- 5+ years of intermediate to advanced T-SQL (complex JOINs, subqueries, stored procedures, indexes, temp tables and CTEs, query optimization is a MUST)
- 3+ years of Intermediate to advanced SSIS and SSRS
- 5+ years of data analysis and mining
- 5+ years of requirements gathering in Agile environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Logical, detail oriented team player who learns quickly and has the ability to handle multiple, competing priorities in a fast paced environment
