Global Ecommerce Promotional Operations Manager
11+ Months W2 Contract
San Jose, CA (Hybrid)

What you'll do:
  • Work closely with Ecommerce, Marketing, Business Units and Web Production to drive and deliver the implementation of multiple competing e-commerce promotional projects to expand Adobe footprint and grow Adobe revenue.
  • Understand and translate the e-commerce promotional strategies, business goals, and business processes into an actionable plan.
  • Coordinate all aspects of the business for enhancement requests, e-commerce promotional initiatives globally to consistently achieve results in an ambiguous and changing environment. This includes large scale initiatives such as Black Friday/Cyber Monday, Back to School, etc.
  • Be a major player in business process improvement and a catalyst for building mature processes.
  • Build and maintain a central repository for planning and execution documentation including Confluence/Wiki, SharePoint, etc.
  • Manage requirements volatility, integrity and continuity via change management and reprioritization.
  • Effectively create and foster relationships with cross-functional teams within the organization and external partners to influence and develop solutions that meet the shared goals of all teams involved.
  • Be vigilant about clarifying ownership for each part of the journey.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

What you'll need:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 6-8 years of progressive experience which includes Business Strategy, E-commerce Promotions, Customer Experience functions.
  • Core 3-5 years of demonstrated success in leading/driving business transformation, operational excellence or process engineering projects.
  • Strong understanding of various business process improvement methodologies.
  • Strong ability to understand organizational strategic direction and translate those in to functional and operational change and improvements.
  • Research market trends and industry best practices to augment functional operating models.
  • Conversant with operational data analysis methodologies, tools and techniques.
  • Ability to create strong business cases for projects and work with the leadership team on prioritizations.
  • Self-starter exhibiting strong leadership and project management skills in moving initiatives forward within a highly matrixed organization with the ability to develop strong relationships across product, analytics, marketing operations, etc. and work effectively with all organizational levels.
  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing and dynamic environment and meet deadlines.
  • Be effective and versatile with a bias for action and sense of urgency.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt and operate in a rapidly changing business landscape.
  • Ability to dissect, and collaborate towards solving complex business problems.

  • A strong Change Manager with tenacity to follow through till closure.
  • Ability to paint an exciting visual for overall project designs and operating models to influence stakeholders and leadership.

Pay Range:
$56.34 - $70.42 / HR
