Administrative Assistant - Talent/Organizational Development (Onsite - Loveland, CO)

The Global Mobility team within the Human Resources department, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join its team. Working closely with representatives from the Global Mobility Team, this position will execute a variety of administrative tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be highly adaptable and have the ability to exercise good judgment in various situations. They will also have strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and have the ability to maintain a balance among multiple competing priorities.

• Proactively provide a full range of administrative support, such as preparation of confidential documents, presentations, scheduling appointments/meetings, composing correspondences, and organizing and maintaining departmental records, including but not limited to the administrative budget, reports, team KPIs, etc.
• Learn and train in the basics of corporate Global Mobility, supporting the team with authorizations for third party services to support our mobile workforce.
• Oversee the process and the authorization of Lump Sum Relocations
• Create and manage Purchase Orders in SAP and Oracle and process subsequent invoices
• Work with various internal key stakeholders to coordinate or develop communications for distribution across different functions and to the entire organization
• Consolidate information and compile and pull reports through the application of well-developed skills in Microsoft Office (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
• Support the creation and maintenance of Process documentation in various SharePoint sites

Skills
• Highly proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook
• Strong working knowledge of SAP. Experience working in Oracle and TAP
• Highly skilled in compiling/working/interpreting data for completing Excel data analysis while maintaining a strong attention to detail
• Strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with senior leaders, external service providers, and various corporate personnel
• High energy and confident individual with demonstrated organization, prioritization, critical thinking, as well as proven active listening skills
• Demonstrated research and writing skills
• Superior attention to detail with an excellent command of English grammar as well as experience of editing and proofreading documents
• Strong team player with the ability and willingness to assume hands-on roles
• An adaptable self-starter with a results-oriented work style
• Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills and the ability to effectively complete complex tasks and work prioritization to meet established deadlines with minimal direction
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality, exercise good judgment and work with discretion and flexibility to meet changing workloads and priorities
• Having a curious nature, eager to learn/develop new processes as the function grows globally and a desire to collaborate with internal partners across business lines to improve the overall service delivery to our clients
• Familiarity with Teams and maintaining Mobility document folders within

Qualifications:
• Diploma/degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
• 3 + years of progressive administrative experience
• Ideal candidate would have 5+ years working in Talent & Organizational Development or Human Resources
• Experience working in the Global Mobility industry considered a plus
• Extensive experience working with SAP purchasing system
• Working knowledge of Oracle purchasing system
• Experience working with Success Factors including performance management, Career Development, and Learning
