Global Partner Support Specialist will play a role in supporting strategy and execution for our Services Partner Program. The role will work with responsible leaders to understand strategy and directly contribute to and influence the implementation of strategic initiatives across Workday. Projects and program support will vary based on business needs, as such agility and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects will be critical.

What you'll do:
  • Work with Global Services Partner Programs and Initiatives Program Manager to identify top priority strategic items and develop tactical plans to execute on.
  • Develop close working relationships globally across Delivery, Content, Operations and Support to educate and enable about Global Delivery Business.
  • Assist in the execution for assigned projects.
  • Gather and consolidate end to end information/data on Partner Accounts via systems, and internal business partners.
  • Assist and execute activities to support all aspects of marketing and communications.
  • Create and manage presentations for Global Services Partner program that effectively communicate key recommendations, status of overall program including accomplishments, investment asks, challenges, areas of focus and more.
  • Prepare business updates that effectively summarize the health of the business.
  • Create and manage Services Partner Program documentation.
  • Active participation of meetings including documentation and execution of action items and pursuit plans.
  • Become an expert on operational processes and serve as a go-to resource for internal and external stakeholders on a day-to-day operations.
What you'll need:
  • 2+ years experience in an project support role.
  • Minimum of 2+ years experience in an operational or business operations capacity.
  • Salesforce system experience is required.
  • LMS system experience is required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite and GSuite.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience working with global cross functional teams in a fast-paced environment across multiple time zones.
  • Can drive issues to closure.
  • Sense of urgency and ability to adhere to set timelines and SLAs.
  • Advanced Excel and Tableau experience preferred.
  • Workday experience preferred.
  • Able to work independently and in a team, meticulous, critical thinker and performance driven.
  • Strong ability to analyze issues, solve problems, and recommend improvements to processes.
  • Effective meeting management and steadfast follow through on action items.
  • Project coordination skills are essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with different levels within the organization as well as collaborate with multi-functional business partners and technical teams.

Pay Range: 
$27.59 - $34.48 / HR
