Job Summary:
- 24/7 Operational Oversight: Lead and coordinate all clinical activities within the CAHS/ER.
- Personnel Management: Manage clinical personnel selection, orientation/training, development, scheduling, and performance.
- Patient Care Excellence: Ensure top-quality patient/resident care delivery and foster strong physician relationships.
- Quality and Compliance: Oversee quality control, process improvement, regulatory compliance, and fiscal control.
- Comprehensive Case Management: Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to manage patient referrals, transitions of care, and ensure the best possible outcomes.

- Required Skills

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing as a Registered Nurse
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Bachelor of Arts in Nursing (BAN), preferred
Current Montana state license as Registered Nurse or able to obtain
Demonstration of progressively more responsible duties and/or previous supervisory experience, preferred
Four (4) years of nursing experience in medical/surgical or in specialty clinical area preferred
Healthcare Provider CPR Certification required
