Fresh Stop in Sanford is currently looking for a part time Sales Associate who values communication, teamwork, and a positive attitude, we'll teach you the rest!
This position's responsibilities include:- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries
- Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis in a team setting
- “Go the extra mile” to drive sales
- Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas
- Responsible for packing out freight
- Actively seek out customers in store
- Process POS (point of sale) purchases
- Cross sell products
- Handle returns of merchandise
- Build productive trust relationships with customers
- Comply with inventory control procedures
- Ability to handle food safely
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to stand for long periods
