Regional Property Manager for Multifamily
Location: Atlanta, GA

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for a portfolio of multifamily properties in the regional market
• Manage and develop a team of on-site property managers, ensuring high-performing operations and excellent customer service
• Oversee all financial aspects of the properties, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Implement effective marketing strategies to maintain high occupancy levels
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment and provide professional development opportunities for team members

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Regional Property Manager in the multifamily industry
• Demonstrated expertise in financial management, operations, marketing, and personnel management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with residents, team members, and senior leadership
• Proficient in utilizing technology and property management software
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred; Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation a plus
