What You'll Do:

• Respond to resident maintenance requests with professionalism and efficiency
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs across building systems
• Contribute to maintaining our community's beautiful grounds and amenities
• Participate in an on-call rotation to ensure resident needs are always met

What You'll Need:

• EPA and CPO Certifications (required)
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills across multiple maintenance disciplines
• Excellent customer service skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
