In this impactful role, you'll work within our intimate two-person office, showcasing our beautiful community to prospective residents and building meaningful connections that transform visitors into neighbors.
What You'll Do:
Guide prospective residents through our community, highlighting amenities and features that match their unique needs
Build relationships with potential residents, understanding their housing requirements and demonstrating how our community meets their lifestyle
Manage the leasing process from initial inquiry through move-in, ensuring a seamless experience
Contribute to marketing initiatives that showcase our community's distinctive advantages
What You'll Need:
Proven sales, marketing, and customer service experience with a track record of exceeding goals
Excellent communication skills and a genuine enthusiasm for helping others
Ability to work three weekends per month as part of our coverage schedule
Self-motivation and comfort working in a collaborative, small office environment
