Green Cubes Technology is a Lithium-Ion battery manufacturer in a rapidly growing industry based in Kokomo, IN. Green Cubes operates in a new and expanding industry. Our goal is to accelerate and facilitate the transition from inefficient lead acid power storage systems to Lithium-Ion power storage systems. We believe in designing and producing a cleaner and safer alternative to lead acid power storage systems.

As a Service Advisor, you will be our customer/channel partner’s first point of contact as they are reaching out to our service department for support of our battery and charger product offerings.

As a Service Advisor, you will:

• Answer calls promptly identifying yourself as the Service Advisor, gathering the required customer/channel partner account information, requesting and logging the model and serial number of the asset experiencing the field issue as well as the description of the issue itself into a Green Cubes Service Case.
• Utilizing our service diagnostic and scale system to determine the transfer of cases to our field service technicians.
• Other responsibilities as assigned. 

The right candidate should possess:

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• The ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Excellent effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.

A step ahead, but not required:

• Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field.
