Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to serve as a clinical leader at one of our state-of-the-art wound care and hyperbaric clinics. This role is ideal for a motivated provider who thrives in a team-based environment, enjoys clinical variety, and wants to make a direct impact on patient care and clinic success.
In partnership with the Clinical Director, you will provide advanced wound care, supervise hyperbaric oxygen therapy, and oversee daily clinical operations. You’ll also lead and support a multidisciplinary team, including Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs), Medical Assistants (MAs), Patient Care Coordinators, and Hyperbaric Technicians.


Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and treat patients requiring wound care and hyperbaric oxygen therapy
  • Evaluate all patients (new and returning) before HBOT and maintain appropriate documentation
  • Supervise daily operations of the clinic and ensure a safe, compliant, and patient-focused environment
  • Provide clinical leadership and training to staff, ensuring quality, consistency, and compliance
  • Collaborate with referring physicians and provide timely updates on patient progress
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to support outreach and referral development efforts
  • Ensure proper documentation, coding, and billing practices are followed
  • Monitor clinic performance and contribute to achieving annual business and financial goals
  • Foster a values-driven culture aligned with R3’s mission and service standards
  • Maintain and manage clinic supplies and equipment needed for patient care
  • Participate in peer reviews and maintain continuing medical education as required

Qualifications

  • Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in Texas
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of clinical experience (wound care or HBOT experience preferred)
  • ACLS certification required
  • Willingness to obtain wound care and hyperbaric certification (training support provided)
  • Proven leadership skills in a clinical setting
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across disciplines
  • Must be credentialed or eligible for credentialing with R3's business partners
  • NP applicants must be certified to treat patients of all ages
