Are you a seasoned plumber with leadership skills and a drive to mentor others? We’re looking for a Plumbing Field Supervisor to join our growing team and help deliver top-tier service to our customers while leading and developing our skilled technicians in the field.

What You’ll Do:

• Supervise and support a team of plumbing technicians in daily operations

• Perform quality control checks on completed jobs to ensure company standards

• Provide hands-on training, coaching, and mentorship to field staff

• Assist in troubleshooting complex service calls and problem-solving on-site

• Ensure proper safety procedures and compliance with local codes

• Monitor job progress, timelines, and materials usage

• Collaborate with dispatch, customer service, and management to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction

• Utilize technology for scheduling, reporting, and team communication

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on plumbing experience (residential and/or commercial)

• 2+ years in a supervisory or team lead role

• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, diagnostics, and repairs

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

Bonus Points For:

• Experience with Service Titan or similar field service management software

• Relevant certifications or state-issued plumbing license

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
