Internal Customer Support Representative

📍 Malvern, PA | On-Site | Part-Time (28–30 Hours per Week)
💲 $20–$25 per hour

Position Summary

We are seeking an Internal Customer Support Representative to be the front-line support for ensuring smooth daily operations. In this role, you’ll address a wide range of inquiries related to company systems, products, and order entry. This position requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal inquiries via phone and email, providing timely and accurate information.

• Develop and maintain deep knowledge of product lines to guide internal staff.

• Provide administrative support, including processing internal orders and updating databases.

• Assist in supporting inventory levels for online channels.

• Uphold high standards of professionalism and customer service in all interactions.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience in a customer service, helpdesk, or internal support role required; healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience is a plus.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.

• Technical aptitude with the ability to learn and use various systems.

• Positive, empathetic attitude with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.
