Key Responsibilities

• Direct, plan, and coordinate LTC resident services to support physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.

• Maintain accurate monthly records and documentation on resident charts.

• Provide guidance to nursing staff regarding residents, regulations, and family relations.

• Oversee the financial sustainability of the facility, ensuring efficient operations.

• Ensure staff consistently demonstrate professionalism and courtesy in all interactions, both in person and over the phone.

• Lead with a hands-on, visible approach to staff management, prioritizing collaboration and engagement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Current Montana Nursing Home Administrator license.

• Experience working with healthcare EHR systems and strong computer skills.

• Demonstrated ability to prioritize, delegate, and oversee departmental operations.

• Exceptional leadership, employee relations, and customer service skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with a focus on staff development and resident-centered care.
