Our client is seeking a Mobility Equipment Finance Specialist to serve as the key connection between customers, auto dealerships, and internal sales teams. This role focuses on coordinating financing and accessibility fit-outs for wheelchair-accessible vehicles, ensuring every customer receives a seamless, supportive, and personalized experience.

A Day in the Life

• Serve as the primary liaison between customers, dealerships, and sales representatives.

• Review vehicle values, product compatibility, and equipment specifications (lifts, ramps, hand controls, seating, warranties).

• Guide customers through financing and leasing options with empathy and transparency.

• Educate dealerships and customers on available financing programs and adaptive vehicle solutions.

• Manage delivery timelines, documentation, and funding processes to ensure smooth completion of each transaction.

What You’ll Bring

• Background in auto leasing, finance, or dealership product support.

• Knowledge of adaptive vehicle equipment and modification options.

• Experience supporting or working with individuals with disabilities strongly preferred.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
