Groundskeeper - Apartments

Join our team as a Groundskeeper at our 300+ unit, Class A Apartment Community in Covington, GA.  Entry level position with opportunity for advancement.  

What You'll Do:

• Maintain the high standards of our Class A property
• Grounds clean-up, Operate Blower, Compactor, Pressure Washer
• Assist the maintenance team 
• Build positive relationships with residents

What You'll Need:

• Valid GA Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Excellent customer service skills and professional communication
• Attention to detail
