The PeopleSoft Developer's duties will include, but are not limited to: 

  • Design, develop and maintain interfaces and linkage to alternative platforms and software packages.
  • Construct software products or systems in line with product requirements.
  • Provide support with strategies, practices and tools for managing versions and distribution of software products and enhancements.
  • Design, plan, and execute testing strategies and tactics to ensure software product quality and adherence to stated requirements.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to walk to various locations as needed.
  • Ability to bend and navigate to perform assigned duties.
  • Ability to travel by all forms of transportation 15% of time.
  • Ability to lift light to moderate equipment as needed for job
Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or closely related degree and a minimum of 9+ years of progressive IT experience
• High School Diploma and 13+ years progressive IT experience
• Minimum of 2+ years of Oracle/PeopleSoft Development experience

• Experience working with Oracle/PeopleSoft HCM version 9.1 or higher Federal products.
• Experience working with PeopleTools version 8.50 or higher
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task within a fast-paced, growing and changing secure environment.
• The capacity to work well and excel in a team environment and the willingness to support flexible hours. 

• Local travel required between Washington, DC and Reston, VA as required to support customer meetings.

• Security+
