Credentials: Degree in Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics
Bachelor's and at least 2 or more years' experience
Languages: MATLAB, Java, C, C++, and/or Python experience desired

Security Clearance: Existing Secret security clearance is a plus, but not required. All new hires will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. US citizenship is required for clearance.
Job Description:
ExoAnalytic Solutions is looking for a talented systems engineer to support space and missile defense missions in the Foothill Ranch, CA area.
The candidate will perform systems engineering, analysis, and design/development tasks in support of providing world-class solutions for customers. Tasks include:
· Evaluating customer requirements/needs
· Lead and/or assist in solution design
· Executing models and simulations in support of evaluation and/or data generation
· Developing algorithms. Algorithms may include detection, tracking, discrimination, C2, models, simulations, signal processing, data processing/marshalling, or others as required
· Testing and evaluating results
· Writing and evaluating documentation in support of programs
Qualifications:
· Strong analytic skills
· Systems engineering experience preferred
· Sensor and weapon system experience preferred
· Missile defense, air and missile defense, space situational awareness, space systems, or communication systems experience desired
· Demonstrated capability to plan and direct large-scale, complex, multi-disciplinary performance analysis tasks desired
· Demonstrated capability of developing and running various simulation tools desired, including optical and/or RF performance tools related to target detection and tracking
