We’re hiring for a Human Resources Manager to work full time at our Athens, TX Facility.

Human Resources Manager: The human Resources Manager will lead human resource activities and programs to ensure alignment of HR initiatives with plant and business objectives. The HR Manager will build and maintain effective relationships within the workforce and engage employees and plant management in the organizational design of activities that foster and sustain a high-performance work culture.  The HR Manager will implement and annually update compensation program for the organization.

The ideal candidate for the Human Resources Manager role must be able to ensure the execution of key plant HR initiatives and processes to drive continuous improvement in the areas of organization effectiveness, staffing, employee relations, performance management, training and employment, benefits and compliance.  The Human Resources Manager must act as a liaison between department managers and employees in resolving issues/disputes and conducting internal investigations.  The HR Manager will also be responsible for timely and accurate administration of personnel records including payroll and benefits.


  • Bachelors Degree and 5 years of HR Experience or 8 years of relevant HR Experience
  • 5-8 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment 
  • PHR/SPHR Certifications is a plus
  • MS Office Suite  proficient (ADP experience a plus)


The Ideal candidate for this position will have had extensive experience working in a human resources department. They must be able to communicate and collaborate effectively within all levels and divisions of the organization ranging from the production level employees up to the corporate employees, management and administrators.
