Description

The Family Peer Partner role is a completely unique position within our PRTF to specifically support parents of our residents. The ideal candidate would be someone with lived experience in the mental health field (personally or by supporting a family member with mental health challenges). This will be a fluid and flexible role where their primary goal is to provide emotional support for parents of PRTF residents, advocating for their needs, helping them find their voice and helping guide them through the process of having a child in residential care.

Education Requirements: A minimum of a high school diploma or GED required. 

A valid NC driver’s license, at least 3 years of driving with a driver’s license and clean driving record are required. All potential job candidates must pass a drug screening test, and an extensive background check is required. No calls please.
