Duties Include:

  • Work with the operations team developing recruiting strategies for upcoming and immediate vacancies 
  • Support the business development team in finding key personnel for proposals 
  • Work with the operations team to prioritize open and proposal positions 
  • Lead the recruiting team in sourcing and recruiting 
  • Work with vendors to research new recruiting technologies, chrome extensions, job boards, and suppliers
  • Provide ROI analysis on our recruiting products
  • Bring new ideas and solutions to the companies recruitment marketing efforts in the areas of job postings, advertisements, employee review sites, and candidate attraction
  • Lead the team, award and recognize performance and be responsible for the success and implementation of all recruiting functions


Required Skills

• 8+  years of experience in recruiting and sourcing to include:
Management, mentorship, and training of junior recruiters 
• Experience working on a variety of technical positions requiring clearances from secret to TS/SCI FSP
• Experience with out of the box sourcing techniques utilizing techniques such as XRay searching, Chrome Extensions, Data Mining, etc..
• 5+ years experience managing a team of 5+ recruiters 
• 2+ years experience adhering to OFCCP standards and an understanding of compliance associated with hiring

• Manage, mentor and motivate a team of 10 recruiters focused on programs supporting the DOD and Intelligence communities
• Lead and manage with emotional intelligence
• Develop and implement a metric system that makes sense, measures the right activity, and delivers performance data
• Remove recruiting roadblocks
• Understands how to work with an internal hiring team and executive management
Can bring new ideas about sourcing, technology and out of the box recruitment marketing
• Experience with the cleared market and has experience executing recruiting programs that require clearances from Secret to TS/SCI FSP
