  • Design, develop and deploy effective data analytics processes that support both strategic and tactical business objectives.
  • Build models, dynamic dashboards and methodologies for identifying new data trends that enhance strategic decision-making and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with other department leaders to engage cross-functional insight and strategies for optimizing BI solutions.
  • Identify the appropriate tools and resources needed to effectively operate a business intelligence department and implement relevant KPI’s to measure performance.
  • Translate business goals into successful search engine optimization of content and high authority links.
  • Develop optimization strategies that increase organic search engine rankings.
  • Develop and oversee enterprise data governance practices.
  • Monitor internal and external environments for development of new business processes.
  • Perform market research and analysis.
  • Maintain communications with direct contacts used for ongoing monitoring of the external environment and project-related research.
  • Maintain an advanced knowledge of trends affecting the industry in all relevant areas including political and legal.


  • 4 Year degree in Business or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 10+ years’ experience in a call center metrics, sales or business analytics leadership role with a heavy emphasis on metrics, processes and analytics.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience managing a team.
  • Experience with Internet/telecommunications, Digital Marketing technologies and Search Engine Marketing/Organics.
  • Must be comfortable in a fast paced, fluid environment.
  • Must be able to travel up to 25% of each month.
  • Results oriented, attention to detail, positive attitude and effective communication.
