We’re hiring for a Clinical Research Manager to join our Research and Development (R&D) Department in a fulltime capacity at our headquarters in Frisco, TX

Clinical Research Manager: The Clinical Research Manager will be responsible for the management, oversight, planning, coordination, and execution of ongoing and new clinical research studies. The Clinical Research Manger with contribute to all aspects of the study design, implementation and administration. The Clinical Research Manager will plan and organize the daily operations of the research department to include protocol and systems, budgeting, staffing, and grant contract.

The Clinical Research manager will provide day-to-day technical leadership and administrative supervision to clinical and technical staffed engaged in research. The Clinical Research Manger will ensure regulatory and scientific integrity of all research projects including evaluating and monitoring regulated documents and study parameters. It will be the Sole responsibility of the Clinical Research Manager to oversee and review the day to day Clinical Data Management projects or key functions. The Clinical Research Manager will work closely with pharmaceutical companies, hospitals, governmental organizations, private companies, or research institutions.

The Clinical Research Manager will provide supervisory functions for individual contributing staff within the CDM department including training and mentoring staff as well as collaborate with other management in the development and implementation of process, procedures, and training for data management function.

Clinical Research Manager Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in healthcare related field (Masters or PhD preferred)
  • Experience Managing Clinical research and trials
  • Medical device Experience a plus
  • Experience with business development activities
  • Experience Developing, implementing, and evaluating clinical research and data collection methodologies, protocols, systems, and techniques.

The Clinical Research Manger will be responsible for defining the scope of all clinical research and investigative subject areas including determining feasibility of project in terms of staff, time, and resources to ensure that effective results. Clinical Research Manager will be responsible for performing all quantitative and qualitative research procedures in various areas of biology, chemistry, physics, and other biomedical related areas. The Clinical Research Manager will be responsible for drawing all conclusions and making recommendations that typically have major impact on scientific research activities. The Clinical Research Manger will participate in staff hiring, providing training including allocating and coordinating work assignments.
