EHCA is seeking a Team Leader to provide overall direct/personal care and program services for the Agency’s clients. This is for a full-time job opportunity in Erie, PA.

Experience as a Personal Care Aide is required.  Ability to perform client care services requiring manual, observational, and judgmental skills. Excellent literacy skills required. 

Must be able to implement individualized programs following written objectives and plans; record all necessary information, observations, and daily progress notes.  Immediate supervision of shift(s) as needed. Provide needed direction to co-workers to ensure that residents care and daily needs are provided, goals completed, health and safety needs are met.

Personal Care Aide / Residential Caregiver, Team Leader, Job Requirements: 

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED). 

  • 18 years of age or older 

  • Valid Drivers License  

  • Some travel required 

  • Able to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. 

  • Immediate supervision of shifts as assigned 

  • Complete First Aid/CPR training
