We’re hiring for a Field Sales Training Manager to join our Sales Department at our Global Headquarters in Frisco, TX.

Job Description: The Field Sales Training Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining new hire sales training and advanced training techniques for tenured Territory Managers with both field and classroom training. This Training Manager will work to personally contact and secure new business accounts/customers.

This role will require some international travel for the training of Territory Managers and Sales Representatives across the globe. It will be a priority of this role to develop and implement tactical sales training plans for growing new business and expanding current business within established territories. This Field Training Manager will work with other sales and marketing employees to enhance technical visibility and company image within all accounts.

Field Sales Training Manager Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree Required
  • 3+ years of territory sales experience (100% quota achievement in the two most recent years)
  • Must be highly organized and have very strong time management skills
  • Must possess strong negotiating skills and capacity
  • Ability to form timely informed decisions using facts and goals
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including strong listening skills
  • Prior Medical Device Experience highly preferred

The Training Manager of Field Sales will work to sell Argon’s portfolio of medical device products to new and existing customers within Interventional Cardiology, Interventional Radiology, and Critical Care Devices space. This Training Manager will conduct sales presentations to large and small groups demonstrating the proper use of the medical device product portfolio to prospective end-users. This individual will provide reports to management on activities including forecast, sales, and special projects accurately and on time. This role will work to establish and manage a territory’s target list and forecast for prospective accounts including prospective phone cold calling lists. This individual will work tirelessly to acquire and maintain a working knowledge of competitive products and services.
