Clason Point Partners Inc. (CPP) is seeking a Project/Program Manager for a government contract in Philadelphia, PA to oversee policy and compliance in the areas of Operating Materials & Supplies (OM&S), Plant Property & Equipment (PP&E)/ Asset Management, and Purchase Requisitions (PR).
Education Requirements: Individual should possess a Bachelor of Science or Arts Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management or related field from an accredited college or university with experience as outlined below. In lieu of the education requirement, individual shall have a minimum of ten (10) years of prior military, Department of Defense or related business experience in Inventory Management, Logistics, or Plant Property & Equipment/Asset Management.
Required Qualifications and Skills: Individual must have a minimum of five (5) years’ experience working with NAVY and NAVY Enterprise Resource Planning (N-ERP) solutions. Relevant experience in a management capacity with responsibilities for material accountability, major project or program level management of contractors/subordinates, and performance of physical inventories of PP&E/AM or OM&S is required. The individual must also possess a working knowledge of DoD FMR Volume 4, Chapter 4, DoN Federal Financial Management Improvement Act (FFMIA) Statement of Assurance, and SECNAVINST 4440.33A.
A SECRET level Security Clearance or the capability to receive one is required.
